Hardwire, LLC Return & Exchange Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns within 60 days of purchase. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method or exchange for a different product. (Upcharge fees are applied if the replacement item is of higher value than the originally purchased item).
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Returned items must be returned in sealed original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Items must be returned within 60 days of receipt.
To initiate a return, please click HERE and follow the instructions below:
- Once you reach the return portal page, enter the email address you used to place your order.
- There will be an email sent to your inbox with a code to verify your address.
- Once you are in the portal, select the item you wish to return or exchange.
- You will be notified once Hardwire has accepted your return request and be given a return label.
- Mail the item(s) back and within 1-2 weeks of receipt of your return, you will receive your refund.
Note: Return shipping is not included and will be deducted from your refund amount. If you wish to mail back your return and not use the provided label, we will not deduct from your refund.

- In the email body, advise which products you would like to return.
*You can find your order number highlighted at the top right of the packing slip sent with your product or in the order confirmation email.
- This refund and exchange policy applies to bag inserts and clipboards. If you are looking to return a shield or body armor, please contact us with your order number. These returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.
- Your refund will be processed within 2 weeks of being received by our shipping department. However, if there are complications, we will reach out with an updated timeline.
- If the item received does not live up to our refund requirements/ exceptions as outlined above, the item(s) will be returned to you at the expense of the purchaser via an invoiced return shipping fee.
